ACDelco web based training courses are made available to all Total Service Support accounts on demand 24/7 via the ACDelcoCanada.com web site

ACDelco web based courses allow for self paced training. Instruction is delivered over the internet and is just in time, specific, job-focused and practical. It is multi-sensory as it presents instruction verbally, in writing, and through graphics and animation Web based training allows technicians to review sections of the course component as many times as they need to feel confident with the content. Technicians can log in and start and stop the course at their own convenience.

Course offerings include, Supplemental Restraint Systems, OBD II Operations and System Diagnostics, HVAC Systems Operation, Duramax 6600: Diesel Engine Performance, Body Control Systems Diagnostics, and Tech 2 Familiarization.

As part of the TSS program, web based training courses are available to all TSS service centre owners and technicians at no additional cost. You must apply for an ID and password from ACDelco to allow for access to this site.
